The -at Bat
We have been working on short "a" word families the past few weeks. When we did the -at family, we made these adorable -at bats. We have been making them for years, and I always LOVE how they turn out. They are also super easy to differentiate. Some students just wrote words; others wrote words and sentences. Here are a few pics.

Bees, Bees, and more Bees
I have been teaching kindergarten now for 7 years, and I absolutely LOVE it! I have had a bee themed classroom for many of those years. I thought I would begin my blogging adventure by showing you all pictures of my classroom.
These pictures are from the beginning of the school year, so the walls are somewhat bare. I like to leave space for my little ones to "decorate".
